(Reg No: 711909)
APPROVED AND ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION 14 OF THE NAMIBIA CLOSE CORPORATION ACT 26 OF 1988
Who we are
AICPA is a professional body responsible for conducting qualifying examination and providing professional qualifications for its members.
The recent political transformation and economic development of the Africa requires a breed of bureaucrats who, (not only different from the type of men whose usefulness, when the main concern of the bureaucracy is the maintenance of law, order and status quo), but by their systematic and educational development, are able to treat problems and become more relevant in economic and political development of the Africa.
Appeal to the Audience
For esports fans, betting becomes another way to participate in what they love. Betting adds an additional level of excitement and emotions to watching tournaments, allowing fans not only to root for their favorite players or teams but also to earn money in the process. Visit online casinos in South Africa. Moreover, betting on esports attracts a new audience to the world of esports. For those interested in gambling but may not be very familiar with specific esports titles, it provides an opportunity to delve into a new area while also earning money.
Regulation and Responsibility
However, with the growing popularity of esports betting, questions arise about safety and responsibility. It is important for bookmakers and betting platforms to adhere to strict norms and rules, preventing fraud and protecting user interests.
Attention should also be paid to issues of responsible gaming. Esports betting, like any other form of gambling, can lead to problems with gambling behavior for some people. Therefore, it is important for betting platforms to provide options for control and limitation of gaming activity, as well as information about gambling-related issues and access to help.
There is the assumption that public administrators have important role to play in public sector problem solving institutional responses, and in developing new bases of democratically conceived authority. Besides being innovative implementers of public programs, they are seen as Fiscal Entrepreneurs, and as such, need to help to foster important business values, such as effectiveness, efficiency and equity.
Fiscal Entrepreneurship (using public funds to create economic wealth) requires high or advanced educational and professional skills to deal with the growing demand for low taxes and increase public services. The Institute’s educational and training patterns form the basis from which members develop career in spheres other than Public Administration. General administration, management, accountancy, law, and computerized management information system
form part of the package that helps develop members for present and future challenges.
The Institute is therefore set to develop and assist in the building of public administration with the necessary professionalism, dedication, self-esteem and legitimacy to act as the constitutional center of gravity.
